The screw thread attack is different from the general hand tapping. The common hand is a straight line with the trench of the silk attack, and the screw thread attack is a spiral type.
When the spiral wire attacks the teeth, it can easily remove the iron from the hole with its spiral groove.
In order to avoid the scrap iron residue or clog in the groove, which causes the broken edge of the tapping, it can increase the life of the tapping and the thread of cutting the highest precision.
Screw tapping is suitable for cutting materials with high toughness, but not suitable for fine-grained materials such as cast iron.
