The extrusion wire attack is the application of plastic forming, and the pressure grinding in the lower hole makes the cutting material bulge and form the thread. Because there is no chip, there is no chute, so it is called ditchless (chip) wire attack. This wire attack will not damage the thread or tapping because of the chipping and other problems. Extrusion screw tap is the most suitable for materials with thermoplastic such as aluminum, copper, zinc, brass and low carbon steel. There are two types of extruded wire attack in our company, N-RS/N+RS (gray white), N-RZ/N+RZ (black). There are two kinds of four teeth and two teeth in the cutting part of the extrusion wire attack. In order to squeeze out high precision and high quality thread, it is necessary to select the size of the lower hole with the precision requirements of the extrusion wire.
