OL-RZ no oil, no iron scrap extrusion wire attack, such as longer oil life, no need to use cutting oil when tapping, can avoid the possibility of deterioration of workpiece steel by cutting oil. The process of cleaning the workpiece can also be removed. OL-RZ is made of particle steel, plus surface TICN treatment, to improve the heat resistance, wear resistance and durability.
HP-RZ non - oil high performance iron - free extruded wire attack using particulate compressed steel and TICN treatment, specially for high hardness steel, iron free extrusion wire attack. Generally, the iron free squeeze wire attack is only suitable for soft steel, because the thread is made by plastic forming, and it is not suitable for high hardness steel.
