Because of the different relationship between the shape of the cutting object and the location of the tapping, when using NC, MC and other tapping machines to attack the teeth, the wire attack is sometimes not enough, so we need to use lengthened wire attack. There are three kinds of long wire attack: lengthening the straight slot [LS-HT], lengthening the spiral [LS-HC-SP], and lengthening the first [LS-HC-PO], and so on.
